PBA 8D CNC Arc Bending Machine for Aluminium/Copper/Mild Steel sections can do bending of different types like C, U, Multiple U, O Rectangular Frames etc. The machine has preloaded cycles to carry out all cycles and also calculations.

The PBA 8D CNC Aluminium Arc Bending Machine comes with following features:

Easy to use Industrial Touch Screen Interface (HMI) with (PLC) Ideally suited for factory environments.

The machine comes with 4 axis servos however the motion controller is cable of handling 6 axiss if need arise for any kind of special bending application.

Adopts Special Arc Processing Software which can detect the data of rebound and then eliminate it the rebound.

Bending Press roller is actuated by heavy duty geared servo motor which doesnt need any external positional feedback resulting in higher bending accuracy.

All three bending rollers are controlled by individual geared servo motor so that many functionalities can be achieved.

The machine is capable of bending higher thickness Aluminium sections and thinner mild Steel sections.

Sections up to 200mm width and 220mm height can bend with the requisite moulds and inserts. Inserts are critical for thinner aluminium sections to avoid deformation and shrinkage etc.

Multiple preloaded cycles on the HMI have various kind of options to bend a variable pool of bends for wide range of profiles.

All bend calculations and roll positioning can be derived through the HMI from the calculator page.
