The CCM 10T/ARCNCCorner Cleaning Machine comes with the following features:

  Easy to use Industrial Touch Screen Interface (CNC controller) Ideally suited for factory environments.

  Profile Auto Recognition System leaves out the scope for any human error as feeding of program number/identification is not required.

  Cleans all types of Corners of all kind of frames such as sash, frame & sliding profiles, be it with or without gasket.

  External bevels are finished using angled knives suited to profile system providing a smooth clean finish.

  Pre-loaded tool stations available for special knives to suit wood grain and decorative/laminated profiles (colour profile).

  Specially designed rugged track cleaning tool for cleaning of top and bottom side of all tracks of sliding frame profiles. 

  Two-Axis high speed Absolute Servo driven system provides accurate positioning and reduces cycle time since machine homing is never required.

  Dual Gasket place cleaning (inner & outer) pneumatic Router motors for greater reliability in production.

  Self-centring clamping system, spring loaded groove knives and floating bevel knives to cope with greater tolerances in profile.

  Ethernet protocol for high-speed communication between servo system & CNC controllers, minimises wirings while reducing cycle times.

  The machine CNC controller comes with enhance features of Remote Access which enables the OEM to develops profiles programs & carry out troubleshooting to reduce machine down time.
