150mm Single Head Seamless V Welding is designed to produce corner, variable angle joints in window and door profiles. It can do both 2mm (Normal) &.2mm(Seamless) welding, it can do both 90 degreeas well as V welding.

The WSS-6LVSingle Head Seamless V Welding comes with the following features:

This machine can do welding up-to a height of 155mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm

Utilises support plates which are adoptable to both magnetics as well asT nut mounted welding blocksto allow quick removal and refitting.

All movements are made with smooth linear bearings and hardened steel shafts.

LM guideways along with bearings gives free movements toheater plate for precisely aligned hassle-free welding. The mounting is designed in a user-friendly manner, having long life span.

The full size V heater supports double corner welding simultaneously.

The V head clamps are operated with dual supported LM bearing and Guideways to avoid unevenness in V noses.

Adjustable knifes are provided to switch between 2mm (Normal) & .2mm (Seamless) welding.

Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain. Safety clamp, two hand control and individual pressor regulator for each head clamps.
