Upstroke Single Head Mitre Saw with 420mm dia., TCT saw blades, vertical Pneumatic clamps, max. cut length 3000mm.

Features and Functionality:

Cutting range 45 to 135.

Fixed stops on 45, 90 and 135 degrees for making cuts without having to set the angleand the remaining positions can be set using a graduated rule as reference.

An additional lock on sliding plate for intermediate degrees fixing.

Specially designed C.I casted surface plate to avoid slippage while adding sturdiness.

Diameter of a diamond saw blade is 420 mm.

For security purpose at opening of a protective cover power supply is disconnected.

Vertical pneumatic clamping kit.

Adjustable cutting speed.

The machine is standard equipped with completed bearing and measuring conveyors (3 meters long each).

Particular care has been taken over the safety measures, both mechanical and electrical.

Power supply protects system from voltage overload.
