Downstroke metal Reinforcement Cutting Saw with 400mm dia., HSS saw blades, horizontal double Pneumatic heavy clamps, Bunch clamping, Hydro-Pneumatic feeding with cutting height limiter and speed regulator.

Features and Functionality:-

• Cutting range 20mm to 100 mm horizontally and 5mm to 150mm vertically.
• Pneumatic clamps are mounted on a slide to maximise the range of cutting, the slide can movement by a handwheel facilitates multiple or bunch of RI cutting simultaneously.
• A heavy-duty gearbox along with 400mm HSS Saw blade allows cutting of bunch of RI simultaneously.
• Specially designed C.I casted surface plate to avoid slippage while adding sturdiness.
• For security purpose at opening of a protective cover power supply is disconnected.
• Adjustable feeding speed for different type of variable thickness cutting.
• The machine is standard equipped with completed bearing and measuring conveyors 3 meters long each.
• Coolant spray, accumulation and drainage provision has been given for seamless, long operating hours.
• Particular care has been taken over the safety measures, both mechanical and electrical.
