Features and Functionality:

The SDS-22A Digital Double Head Mitre Saw comes with the following features:

  Cuts PVC & Aluminium profile at 45-90 automatically and intermediate degrees by means of manual setting.

  Profile Cutting Capacity at 90 degrees is 208x310mm in curvature orientation.

  Profile Cutting Capacity at 45 degrees Is 208x230mm in curvature orientation.

  The left head of the machine is fixed and the right head moves on the basis of

  precision positioning by means of planetary gear coupled servo motor with the help of rack & pinion driven transition system.

  Ethernet enabled touch HMI with PLC  for various operating modes.

  Software assisted cutting operations like minimum cut and extended cut for a range between 350mm to 6000mm,additionally cleat cut mode is available.

  Hydro-pneumatic feeding with coolant mist spray system for cutting of aluminium sections.

  2200 mm right head conveyor support along with automatically activated middle support for profile to avoid inaccuracies due to profile sagging.
