WQS6DFourCornerQuad Welding Machine is designed to produce all four corner welded frames in one cycle for window and door profiles. It can do both 2mm (Normal) &.2mm(Seamless) welding, it can do all kind of profile welding for frames between 400X400mm till 2200X2600 mm, Servo controlled welding heads gives fine accuracy within the welding tolerances.

The WQS6DFour Corner Quad Welding Machine comes with the following features:

Easy to use Industrial Touch Screen Interface (CNC controller) Ideally suited for factory environments.

Head positioning is controlled by motion controller in communication with geared servo motor. Fixed head is the reference for other 3 heads and there positioning is carried out as the welding size requirement.

Welding dimensions can be fed by means of barcode reader or manual typing whichever option is available with client.

The Machine is ready for data integration to different kind of production estimation software available worldwide.

Switching between Normal Welding (2 mm) and Seamless welding (.2 mm) can be done by one touch click on the screen without the need for any mechanical adjustment or setting.

This machine can do welding up-to a height of 180mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm for both 2mm and .2mm welding.

Utilises support plates which are adoptable to both magnetics as well asT nut mounted welding blocksto allow quick removal and refitting.

User friendly operating modes allows quick access to profile data base and subsequent selection of welding sequence.

All movements are on smooth linear guideways with block bearings and mechanical transmission by rack and pinion.

TheTeflon paper changing method is easy and fast without the need for long operation break.

LM guideways along with bearings gives free movements toheater plate for precisely aligned hassle-free welding. The mounting is designed in a user-friendly manner, having long life span.

Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain. Safety clamp, two hand control and individual pressor regulator for each head clamps.
