Features and Functionality:

The SCC 20DFrontalcleat cutting saw comes with the following features:

  Touch screen controller with servo motion feeding for fully automatic hassle-free precise cutting, 4X feeding is useful in case of cut to length application.

  Cutting range 100mm to 650mm with multi feeding for cutting up-to 2600 mm.

  Cooling system for cutting aluminium profiles and hydro-pneumatic feeding for smooth and precise cutting of all kind of sections.

  An additional lock on sliding plate for intermediate degrees fixing.

  Specially designed surface plate to avoid slippage while adding sturdiness.

  Diameter of a diamond saw blade is 500 mm having cutting span of 200 mm vertically and 280 mm horizontally in circular orientation.

  For security purpose at opening of a protective cover power supply is disconnected.

  Vertical and horizontal adjustable pneumatic clamping, clamp fixture allows clamps to be sent at 45 degrees as well.

  Adjustable cutting speed of hydro-pneumatic feed control.

  The machine is standard equipped with extension conveyor and cut piece collection and ball screw protection cover for long life.

  Particular care has been taken over the safety measures, both mechanical and electrical.

  Power supply protects system from voltage overload.
