Corner Crimping Machine for Aluminium is used for the assembly of doors and windows made of aluminium through the technology of the crimping method, the assembly is achieved by crimping the wall of two profiles at the corner joint. The profiles are crimped over a previously inserted contoured corner bracket. The machine is pneumatically operated. The Machine comes with complete set of punch blades.

  Machine has dual crimping block and punch blade holders which can be adjusted vertically.  

  User friendly profile centring by adjustment of back corner profile support.

  Wide profile base in support table to crimp a varied range of profiles.

  Dual foot padel allows easier centring and crimping by means of hand settings.

  Eccentric guides make it easier to set the fences for wide range of profiles.
