UPVC WELD STRENGTH TESTING MACHINE

Weld Strength Testing Machine having a Peak hold display unit, depicts the force required to break open a welded corner. The machine is widely used in testing purposed to maintain the welding strength required for each profile.

Features and Functionality:

The maximum force produced is shown on the digital display, it holds the peak value of force applied on the profile even after pressure gets released due to breakage of the welded corner.

Additionally, the minimum and maximum measured values may be displayed and kept in memory

The measured values may be deleted individually

Zero-point calibration

WG1 carriage unit minimizes testing friction for more testing accuracy

In order to avoid injury to the operating personnel, additional safety limit switches have been placed at the door. The switch cut the current off immediately as soon as the door is being opened

The corner to be tested is jerk-free till fractured by arm
