Features and Functionality:

The SDS-17A Digital Double Head Mitre Saw comes with the following features:

  Cuts PVC & Aluminium profile at 45-90 automatically and intermediate degrees by means of manual setting.

  Profile Cutting Capacity at 90 degrees is 145x250mm in arc orientation.

  Profile Cutting Capacity at 45 degrees Is 145x180mm in arc orientation.

  The left head of the machine is fixed and the right head moves on the carrier on LM shafts.

  precision positioning by means of planetary gear coupled with servo motor with the help of belt driven transmission system.

  Touch screen controller for Multimode operations along with extended cut option for mitre cutting of profiles up-to 6000 mm.

  1800 mm right head conveyor support along with automatically activated middle support for profile to avoid inaccuracies due to profile sagging.

  Easily adjustable blade feeding speed.

  Self-closing protective hoods for work safety.
